Rules and Regulations
- Attendance is required at all scheduled games and practices.
- Illnesses and emergencies are the only excused absences.
- Persistent tardies to games or practices will result in an unexcused absence.
unexcused absence results in a probationary period. The athlete
will be required to be at all practices but will not be allowed to
participate in the next game.

and athletic director and a possible dismissal from the team.
drinking, or the use of drugs will not be tolerated. To quote our
athletic policy, “During the entire athletic season in which the
student participates beginning with the first day of regularly
scheduled practice with any part of a sport’s squad and ending with
the last contest in that sport, seven days per week 24 hours per
day, a student shall not consume or possess a beverage containing
alcohol, use tobacco, or use or consume, have in possession, buy,
sell or give away marijuana or any substance defined by law as
illegal drug or controlled substance….. A student who has violated the
school’s alcohol and drug policy will be referred to the division
principal for further discipline.”
- You must make contact with one of the coaches personally if you are unable to attend a practice or game.
be eligible to participate in a practice or game, you must attend
all of your classes on that day unless an excused absence has been
approved prior to that day. In order to be considered for an
exemption from this rule, the Athletic Director or Principal must
be contacted before 8:30 a.m. the day of the requested exemption and
they will review your request. This exemption will be granted only
after careful review of the needed information and usually only under extraordinary circumstances.

from participation in athletics on the date the violation occurs. It
should be noted that unexcused absences from athletic practice sessions
result in partial or complete loss of playing time in the next regularly
scheduled contest as determined by the coach.
students must travel with the team to and from games by transportation
provided by the school unless excused by the coach.

September 3-4 Varsity to Gateway Tournament in St. Louis

September 9-10 St. Joseph (from St. Louis) will bring their
Varsity, JV and C teams. We will host them in our homes on Friday night.

September 16-17 We will travel to St. Louis with the Varsity,
JV, C and Middle School teams for games against John Burroughs (V, JV, C, MS), Parkway South (V, JV), Westminster (V, JV, C, MS), and MICDS (MS).

September 23-24 Homecoming Weekend. We will play our Alumnae Game on Friday.
September 30 - October 1 Cor Jesu (from St. Louis) will come
Friday and Saturday. St. John's (from Houston) will come Friday,
Saturday, and Sunday. We will have a dinner for the teams on Friday
night and host Cor Jesu players in our homes on Friday night.
October 8-9 Nerinx Hall (from St. Louis) will bring their Varsity, JV, and C teams for games on Saturday and Sunday.
October 14-15 Pattonville (from St. Louis) will bring their Varsity and JV teams.
October 21-22 We will go to Oklahoma City to play games against Casady on Friday and Saturday. (V, JV, C, MS)
