Facilities
The school's facilities are some of the finest in the region. They are located on two campuses less than a mile apart. Situated in the heart of the city near the Country Club Plaza district, the school is convenient for families living in all areas of the metropolitan area.
The early childhood and lower schools are housed on the Wornall campus, which is located at 400 W. 51st Street. Middle and upper school students attend classes on the Ward Parkway campus, 5121 State Line Road.
Pembroke Hill’s current facilities include 18 buildings on 36 acres. The school has three libraries, three gymnasiums and three theaters for the school community to enjoy.
Over the last 10 years, Pembroke Hill has undertaken a comprehensive renovation and construction program that has produced three new buildings and renovations to all other school facilities. Most recently, a tennis complex opened in the fall of 2006; and the Carriage House was renovated to serve as the school’s archives center. A new 28,000-square-foot arts center, Centennial Hall, opened on the Ward Parkway campus in August 2008.
