Life, Health, Dental & Vision Insurance

  • We offer three different Health plans through BCBS of KC with four different tiers from which to choose.  This includes an HSA with seed money from the school.
  • We offer Delta Dental of Missouri with two different tiers. 
  • Vision is offered in three tiers through VSP and includes glasses, contacts and an eye exam.
  • The school pays a life benefit of two times annual salary through Sunlife.

Retirement Plan Match

  • Pembroke Hill matches up to 8 percent with a 6 percent contribution through TIAA.  There is immediate vesting, and a pre-tax or Roth option is available.
