Admissions

Welcome to Pembroke Hill!

We are thrilled you have taken time to explore what a Pembroke Hill education could mean to your child.

The Pembroke Hill School has a rich tradition focusing on empowering all students to build strong character. This character development is unified and guided by our four core values of Respect, Compassion, Scholarship and Integrity.

We believe in fostering the joy of learning, the love of discovery, the confidence to grow and a sense of responsibility and respect for others in our students. Talented and dedicated faculty instill these ideals in students every day. Our commitment is to provide a culture of excellence where teaching and learning happen with enthusiasm each day.

Opening Plan 2020-21

As we approach the opening of the 2020-21 school year, we are making adjustments to our school programs and protocols based on guidance from MRIGlobal, Children’s Mercy, Kansas City Health Department and the CDC. The guidelines outlined in this docu-ment represent our efforts to keep our students, faculty, staff and parents, safe and healthy.

We remain committed to opening the 2020-21 school year on Monday, Aug. 24.  We have made this decision based on our extensive preparation and the significant layers of mitigations we have put in place to provide a safe learning and teaching environment.

Our theme for the year, Building Together, provides the perfect backdrop for all of the preparation taking place this summer. In this same spirit, we must accept our collective responsibility to adhere to these protocols as we navigate 2020-21. Just a reminder, that when families sign the Pembroke Hill enrollment contract, they are agreeing to follow all school policies and procedures.
