Contract Cancellation Policy
If cancellation of the contract is necessary for any reason (including medical or moving), or if the school dismisses the student, financial adjustment shall be made according to the following schedule:
If Enrollment is Canceled | Parent Responsibility |
---|---|
On or before June 1 | Forefeit enrollment fee (10%) |
June 2 through Aug. 1 | 25% of annual tuition |
Aug. 2 through the day prior to the opening day of school | 50% of annual tuition |
On or after the opening day of school | 100% of annual tuition |
To be effective, a written cancellation of enrollment must be sent to Laura Linn, director of admissions and financial aid, llinn@pembrokehill.org.
