Applications are now being accepted for 2018-19. For your student to be considered during the first round of admissions decisions, the application for admissions and all supporting materials and processes should be completed by Jan. 10, 2018. Notification of admissions decisions will be mailed by mid-February 2018. Applications will be accepted after this date and reviewed on a space-available basis.Specific dates for screenings and admissions testing can be found in the Apply section of our website.
In addition to the application for admission, each application at Pembroke Hill requires supporting documentation and information. Once you have entered the admissions portal, you will see the required information. Through our portal you will be able to track each of your steps as you complete the admissions process. As part of the admissions process, applicants from grades 2-12 experience a school day at Pembroke Hill. Applicants for grades 2-5 will visit in their current grade level. Prospective students for grades 6 and 9 visit for a full day in the grade level into which they will be entering. Applicants for grades 7, 8 and 10-12 visit in their current grade level.
For incoming grades 2-5, please contact Samantha Piper, email@example.com to schedule a student visit during the school day. These visits are scheduled for Sept. 18 through Feb. 5.
For incoming grades 6-12, please contact Bart Robertson, firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a shadow day during the school day. Visit days are available from Sept. 11 through Dec. 8.
Screening Dates (Early Years - Grade 1)
Screenings are scheduled for applicants applying for early years through first grade on select Saturdays in December and January. Dates for the 2018-19 application cycle are as follows:

All middle and upper school testing will be held in the Wornall Campus Dining Hall at 400 W. 51st St. Kansas City, MO 64112.
Testing for applicants in grades 6-9 is scheduled for one of the following dates:
