Steps to Apply
Pembroke Hill welcomes students across most grade levels, from Early Years through 11th Grade, and our admissions process is designed to help us get to know your family.
- Submit an Inquiry & Access the Admissions Portal
Begin by filling out our online inquiry form. You will receive login credentials to our Veracross Admissions Portal, where you can manage your application checklist. - Complete the Application
Complete each application checklist item through the portal. Requirements vary by grade level and may include parent/student questionnaires, essays, and teacher recommendation forms. - Schedule Screenings, Testing & Visits
Depending on the grade level, applicants will participate in division screenings (Early Years–1st Grade), admissions testing (Middle & Upper School), and a student shadow day. - Track Status
Monitor your portal checklist to ensure all transcripts and materials are submitted prior to the priority deadlines. Once a checklist item is marked as complete, you and the admissions team will be able to view it.

A Pembroke Hill education is an investment in your child's personal development and growth. We work closely with families to make a PHS education accessible through need-based financial assistance, merit scholarships, and flexible payment options.
- Financial Assistance: Over $3 million in need-based assistance is awarded annually, supporting approximately 25 percent of our student body.
- Merit Opportunities: Pembroke Hill has a limited number of merit-based scholarship opportunities for students entering grades 7 - 11. The application for admission serves as the application for merit consideration.
- We offer a variety of flexible payment options to families, enabling them to spread tuition across the school year.
