Joe Kilishek has served as our FLIK food service director since March 2015. Joe joined FLIK, our food service partner, after many years of directing food service programs in a variety of industries including hospitals, schools and government.

Prior to Pembroke Hill, he was with Intermark Managed Services as the director of operations, which entailed being responsible for all food service operations for the corporation's clients. He has also been the food service director for Osawatomie State Hospital, director of food and nutrition care for St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville, Ind., and the operations manager of child nutrition food services for the Kansas City, Mo., School District.

His food service career began in the military where he served in the Army for 23 years. At the time of his discharge in 2000, Joe was the general manager for food service at Fort Hood, Texas. Joe is married to Namjin and has two daughters, Monica and Esther.
