The boys tennis doubles team of seniors Logan Stevens and Nathan Turtledove won the Missouri Class 1 individual doubles state championship on Saturday, May 25. Sophomore Hadley Jetmore won the Missouri Class 3 state pole vault championship, and finished in second place and third place, respectively, in the 400m and 200m races on Saturday, May 25. The girls soccer team will play in the Missouri Class 2 state semifinals on Wednesday, May 29. These highlights and more are in the Weekend Raider Update for May 28, 2019.

Boys Tennis
The boys tennis doubles team of seniors Logan Stevens and Nathan Turtledove won the Missouri Class 1 individual doubles state championship on Saturday, May 25, defeating the John Burroughs' doubles team of Dharmadev Nayak and Samuel Wang in three sets, 6-0, 4-6, 6-3. Previously, the varsity team took third place in the team competition on Thursday, May 23.

Track and Field
Sophomore Hadley Jetmore had a tremendous competition at the Missouri Class 3 State Championships on Saturday, May 25. Hadley won the state championship in the pole vault, winning with a vault of 11' 9". Hadley also took second place in the 400m and third place in the 200m (setting a new personal record). Hadley was the lone Pembroke Hill competitor and with her point tally, the team took seventh place overall in the girls competition. 

Girls Soccer
The varsity girls soccer team is Final Four bound! The team defeated Maryville, 2-1, on Wednesday, May 22, on a brilliant cross by junior Dajana Pierre to senior Olivia Sabates. The team will play Visitation Academy in the Class 2 state semifinals Wednesday, May 29, at 2 p.m., at Swope Soccer Village.

Baseball
The varsity baseball team lost in the Missouri Class 4 quarterfinals, 7-3, to Savannah on Thursday, May 23. The team previously won its Missouri Class 4 sectional game against Odessa, 2-1, on Wednesday, May 22, on a two-run home run by junior Gabe Nutter.

Boys Lacrosse 
The varsity boys lacrosse team lost to Rockhurst in its semifinal game, 10-8, on Wednesday, May 22.
