Homecoming/Spirit Week/Reunion Weekend is fast approaching, Sept. 23-28. Spirit Week themes have recently been set.

Also, here is a rundown of the many events to be held Thursday through Saturday, Sept. 26-28. 

Thursday, Sept. 26
All-Alumni Reception and Dinner
6:30 p.m. (5:30 p.m. Cocktails and Class Photos)

Cross Campus Projects
Upper School/Wornall Campus PemPals
Upper school and Wornall Campus students will be engaging in a PemPal program. Upper school students will be writing to their Wornall Campus PemPals Friday, and letters will be delivered the following week. 

Eighth Grade Leadership Day With Wornall Campus Students
Eighth graders will be holding their leadership day on Friday. They will be taking part in leadership challenges in Loose Park, then will be split up into small groups and be dispersed throughout Wornall Campus classrooms to read the book One, by Kathryn Otoshi. After reading the book, eighth graders will facilitate discussions about the book and its themes of leadership, diversity and teamwork in each classroom. They will also help the younger students get settled for the parade.

Field Hockey Alumnae Game
4:30 p.m.
Wornall Campus Hockey Field
The field hockey team will celebrate its history with the annual alumnae game, pitting current and former players against one another.

All-Alumni and Family Tailgate Party
5 - 8 p.m.
Football Practice Field
Activities for children ages 2 years to 5th grade, 5 - 7 p.m.

Bookstore Open Late
The Pembroke Hill Bookstore will be open until 6 p.m.

Homecoming Game
7 p.m.
Versus Lincoln College Preparatory Academy 
The king and queen will be crowned during halftime ceremonies.
