Three upper school art students have garnered national medals in Alliance for Young Artists & Writers’ Scholastic Art and Writing contest. Seniors Mariel Pepitone and Sophie Barrett received gold medals, and senior Shelby Lamping garnered a silver medal.

Approximately 2,900 works of art and writing were selected for national medal from the more than 18,000 works awarded regionally with Gold Keys. An exhibition of the winning works will be held virtually in June.
