Upper School Science Olympiad Team Secures Fifth Place In Two Virtual National Tournaments

The upper school Science Olympiad team began its season by competing in two, virtual competitions. The team took fifth place in the nationwide "Scilympiad" Practice Tournament on Nov. 7. The team placed one spot higher than rival Ladue Horton Watkins. Over 100 teams participated in the competition. The team also brought home fifth place in the virtual 'Iolani Invitational Nov. 28, in Hawaii. The team competed against several nationally-ranked teams in the competition.
