The boys tennis team won the Missouri Class 3 Boys Tennis Team State Championship. The boys track and field team placed fifth in the Class 3 Track and Field State Championships, its highest finish in 27 years. Here is your Weekend Raider Update for May 30, 2023.

Boys Tennis
The varsity boys tennis team won its second consecutive Missouri Class 3 Boys Tennis Team State Championship Friday, May 26, in Springfield. The team swept its way to the championship, defeating Marquette (5-0) and John Burroughs (5-0) on its way to the title.

Track and Field
Seven members of the boys track and field placed fifth in the Missouri Class 3 Track and Field State Championships Friday and Saturday, May 26-27, in Jefferson City. It's the highest placement for the boys team in 27 years.

State Finishes:

• Second Place and school record - Darin Conley (shot put)
• Second Place and school record - 4x200m relay (Darin, Devin Conley, Christian Jarrett, Adam Salem-Atia)
• Second Place - 4x100m relay (Darin, Devin Conley, Christian Jarrett, Adam Salem-Atia)
• Fifth Place - Devin Conley (200m; set a new school record in the prelims)
• Eighth Place - Adam Salem-Atia (100m)
• 10th place - Darin Conley (triple jump)
• 11th place - 4x400m relay (Max Casey, Christian Jarrett, Jack Lambert, Rocco Schiavone)
• 11th place - Adam Salem-Atia (200m)
